The system is a gem. Its technology, functionality and user-friendliness can stand the competition with all others out there. It’s jam-packed with useful functionality, but it lets you navigate easily as it is very intuitive. It’s the IR team's Swiss Army Knife, particularly when on the road. The system is extremely reliable, always on, including the mobile platform. The system is only surpassed by their customer service, which is truly first class.
During our IPO process it quickly became clear that we would need a CRM system to keep track of all of our IR engagement activities as a listed business.
