Software for Investor Relations

Merely good when I first used it 10 years ago. Two jobs later and today it has grown to be great. So much to recommend it.

ingage is a state-of-the-art Investor Relations CRM, with customers front and centre of the service. It’s essential for any IR team and I do everything I can through it.

The system is a gem. Its technology, functionality and user-friendliness can stand the competition with all others out there. It’s jam-packed with useful functionality, but it lets you navigate easily as it is very intuitive. It’s the IR team's Swiss Army Knife, particularly when on the road. The system is extremely reliable, always on, including the mobile platform. The system is only surpassed by their customer service, which is truly first class.

During our IPO process it quickly became clear that we would need a CRM system to keep track of all of our IR engagement activities as a listed business. We assessed the suitability of several systems and it was a very easy decision to choose ingage, which was head and shoulders above its competitors. It is far more than just a CRM, with really useful features including, amongst other things, the ability to organise all our own roadshows, manage all bulk communications, obtain direct investor feedback and generate insightful reporting for our Board and senior management – all via an easy to use platform utilising the latest technology. In addition, Michael and his team are always incredibly helpful and responsive, and are clearly committed to continually enhancing the ingage platform to best support IR teams.

The quality of the technology is second to none, particularly the mobile platform, and we also value highly the focus on security. We’ve also very much appreciated the quality of the customer service – no request is too small for the team to respond promptly.

My advice would be to simply use it. It is flexible, easy to use, works on different devices really well, saves considerable time and the team are really responsive to any requests.
